Making Returns
Please email or write to us stating your intent to return items quoting your order reference number. enq@textiledreams.co.uk
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. You may return products personally by going to one of our stores; this will not attract any charge.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
At TextileDreams.co.uk we aim to give an immaculate service. Obviously this extends to instances where, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund. Please read the following carefully.
- If you are not happy with your goods please return them to us within 7 days of receipt, please email or write to us stating your intent to return items quoting your order reference number.
- We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
- We strongly recommend you obtain proof of delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
- We can only refund the costs of postage (to a maximum of £5.95) where the item returned is deemed faulty by us.

Important
- If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.
- If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be required.
- All items that are exchanged will attract a new delivery charge at the current rate.
- Only replacement Items deemed faulty by us will be sent to you free of P&P charges.
Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item the purchaser will be informed |
